Facilitating Career Development Training Program

In the first-ever initiative of its kind in Qatar and the GCC region, Qatar Career Development Center (QCDC), a member of Qatar Foundation, is bringing the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Training Program from the internationally reputed National Career Development Association (NCDA).

Delivered by NCDA-trained and qualified instructors over four months, the FCD training follows an international, culturally adaptable program while applying hands-on and interactive teaching methods suitable for various work settings.

Through an impactful, hybrid learning approach, the FCD training program offers participants in-depth teaching in 12 key career development competencies, defines and differentiates two levels of career practice, and provides standards, training specifications, and Global Career Development Facilitator credentialing for career providers.

The FCD training is another testament to QCDC’s continuous efforts to bolster career guidance in Qatar and the wider GCC region, in line with Qatar Foundation’s vision to build and develop human capacity in Qatar.
